ARCK TEAM

Sara Mraish Demeter

Founder & CEO ARCK

Sara Mraish Demeter is a social impact entrepreneur, education innovator, and cultural bridge-builder. She is the Founder and CEO of ARCK (Art Resource Collaborative for Kids) and Co-Founder of LearnBridge, an EdTech platform designed to open doors globally for non-native English speakers through personalized learning. Together, these ventures advance her mission to reimagine education through creativity, leadership, and civic engagement.

Guided by the belief that every young person—especially those from marginalized communities—deserves the opportunity to flourish and lead, Sara has built ARCK’s human-centered, project-based programs to empower students with the skills, resilience, and networks needed to thrive in college, careers, and civic life.

An educator, artist, and mother, Sara draws on her own journey of using creativity as a pathway to belonging and empowerment. She recently earned her Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School as a John F. Kennedy Fellow, deepening her expertise in systems change, education innovation, and moral leadership.

Sara’s work connects educators, civic leaders, nonprofits, universities, and technology innovators to create scalable models that expand opportunity. Her vision is to transform education into a platform where creativity, leadership, and innovation are not extras but essential tools for a just, vibrant, and inclusive future.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, as well as golfing, writing, skiing, painting & dancing, and building meaningful connections.

Indya Donovan-Pinot

Program Manager - Education & Curriculum Development

Indya is a museum and media arts educator who aims to keep joy and exploration at the center of her teaching. She received a B.S. in Cognitive Science and a B.A. in Education & Social Transformation at UCLA, and spent her Harvard M.Ed. program in Human Development exploring ways in which students can unlock their creative potentials and build their confidence in both the classroom and museum gallery. Indya re-ignited her childhood passion for the arts after she learned that making art doesn't have to be about being the best, but about being yourself. She enjoys photography, informational graphic design, and just learning about what art means to the audiences she works with. Indya is looking forward to being a fellow joyful, curious, and enthusiastic explorer of the arts in her visits with students.

When not making art, she can be found skating, listening to spooky podcasts, or searching for the best buffalo chicken pizza around.

Nina Nedrebo

Mentorship and Partnerships Officer

Nina brings a decade of community-centered programming experience supporting children's educational and life outcomes. At 23, as a political representative in Oslo, she found joy turning her assessments of Sahrawi refugee children's needs for UNHCR into improved humanitarian assistance policy and UNICEF Norway programming. Following her MBA, she oversaw HR for nearly 100 staff and led an international Summit with 30+ volunteers, securing record sponsorships and attendance. As a Teach for America educator, she built trust with students and families, transforming classroom insights into child advocacy in local governance. Earning her Harvard Ed.M. through a Center for Public Leadership fellowship deepened her vision for child-centered public service, now infusing her work developing ARCK Boston's youth mentorship program and partnerships.
