Creative Pathways Program Mentor Recruitment
ARCK's Creative Pathways Program connects high school students with mentors who can help them turn creative ideas into action.
Over 12 weeks, students will explore design, identity, and community advocacy through hands-on workshops and lessons. Mentors will check in with students biweekly to offer guidance, reflection, and a different perspective on real-world issues.
Mentors should be dependable, community-oriented, and compassionate professionals from any field — artists, engineers, educators, students, entrepreneurs, designers, scientists, social workers, and more — who feel called to help young people grow and learn.
Mentors are eligible and encouraged to be part of the Creative Catalyst Council (CCC), a group of students, families, educators, mentors, and partners who work together to shape the Creative Pathways Program. The CCC brings together individuals from multiple backgrounds who meet to exchange ideas, guide our iterative co-design process, and support our students as they build projects for social good.
